Available tools

We are compiling published and publicly available analytical tools designed to:

  • Correct wildlife mortality data for persistence (scavenger removal) and detection bias.
  • Estimate spatial patterns of high mortality incidence along infrastructure.
  • Assess extinction risk and population-level impacts of wildlife mortality.

In parallel, we are developing two user-friendly tools:

1. predictRISK – to spatially analyse and predict the risk of wildlife collision or electrocution with transport and energy infrastructures.

2. mortalityRISK – to evaluate the population-level consequences of infrastructure-related mortality, including extinction risk.
