As the world shifts toward renewable energy and improves transport infrastructure, we face a shared challenge: how can we build the infrastructure we need while better protecting biodiversity? Every year, operators, researchers and NGOs collect valuable data on wildlife mortality and species’ responses to infrastructures. When this information is shared, it can reveal patterns that are hidden in isolated datasets and support smarter, more biodiversity-friendly decisions.
